Made using a traditional biltong recipe with a pinch of Cayenne Chilli for a slightly sweet, subtly smokey flavour. We use coconut aminos instead of soy, and add flavour with vinegar, paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and nut meg. A touch of dried cranberry for a little sweetness and fibre
